People Technology Architect · Dallas, TX
I build the systems People teams run on.
Recruiter-turned-engineer, now an AI-native systems engineer and architect who builds the systems People teams run on.
A decade from technical recruiting through People Analytics leadership to hands-on platform engineering: governed HR data warehouses, HRIS and recruiting platforms, critical integrations, and production agentic systems. Audit-ready data infrastructure, shipped at startup speed.

A governed HR data warehouse, live in five weeks
The People team had no conformed source of truth. I made the case for a warehouse, then built it solo: certified workforce and recruiting models, 100+ canonical metrics, four source systems, and privacy controls engineered in from the first commit.

Multi-agent engineering method
Running AI agents like an engineering team
The warehouse was not built by working longer hours. It was built with an orchestration loop: one standing session that never writes code, worker agents building in isolated git worktrees, and a merge gate where every pull request gets a fresh-context review, a durable verdict, and a human acknowledgement before it lands.

Performance check-in redesign
Rebuilding a quarterly check-in as a reflection agent
I led the 2026 rebuild of Airtable's quarterly performance check-in, replacing a form and approval workflow with an agent that helps each person assemble their own account of the quarter. I set the trust framing, wrote the specs, built the agent skill and its home and Slack surfaces, and sequenced the launch so nobody heard from the system before they were told what it was. In parallel, I kept the legacy check-in running through its live cycle.

The arc
Recruiting → analytics leadership → platform engineering
Most People Technology is built by engineers who have never run the process they're modeling, or specified by practitioners who can't build. I spent a decade inside recruiting and HR operations: ATS implementations, Workday business processes, funnel instrumentation, before moving into analytics leadership and then into engineering. So I arrive already knowing what a metric means, who will argue about it, and which workflow breaks if the data is wrong.
The advantage is compression: requirements gathering, data modeling, governance design, and change management sit in one head instead of across three teams and two quarters of translation. It's why a governed warehouse shipped in five weeks, and why the systems get adopted after launch instead of shelved.
